[HamWAN PSDR] The 3rd time is not charmed [was: 8dB drop/rise!]

Well, now that the radio is inoperative, I can't look at the /interface 
wireless monitor output, but the graph comes from "The Dude".  You're 
probably correct in implying that the graph shows effective speed.

I'm trying "NetInstall", with no luck so far.
