Specifically, what the regulation prohibits is any kind of pecuniary
interest. This means that if you collect a salary, equity, or any other
type of compensation from Bitnation, you would not be allowed to test it
over ham radio. The rest of us would be free to run the software on HamWAN,
provided no other regulations such as obscuring the content of messages are
violated.
