[HamWAN PSDR] SnoDEM S1 offline tomorrow to support Lookout install

To tag onto this, I have just done the same thing for Triangle Sector 1, 
so it will be unavailable for most of the day.

I've confirmed that all previously connected clients have roamed onto 
other sites so there should be minimal disruption.
