[HamWAN PSDR] Pacific County sites / planning - input needed

I’ll leave it to the Pacific County folks as to whether it’s needed or helpful, but if you send me GPS coordinates and a rough height, I can put it on the map which might help folks visualize where it might help.

If it's helpful, I can set up an endpoint or relay on top of a 2 story commercial building in "downtown" Chinook.

have been added.  Coverage colors for each peak have been changed to better
allow seeing which client locations can be served by different potential
