[HamWAN PSDR] Gold Mountain S1/S3 back online

A quick note to let everyone know that Gold Mountain Sectors 1 and 3 are
back online after a maintenance visit this weekend.  If you live in an area
covered by one of those sectors, please give it a try and let NetOps know if
there are any problems.
