[HamWAN PSDR] Noise floor, alignment, et al

I'm using web based speed test to judge my signal, they are a lot different
than what I'm seeing via the terminal.
My questions;
1. Is </interface wireless monitor 0> the best command to use when tweaking
the dish alignment?
2. With a noise floor of around -121 would I see big benefits from
purchasing the Sleeve30?
3. My ccq's sure vary throughout the day irregardless on a stable
noise floor. Why
I hope you all have a wonderful Thanksgiving, I'm grateful for all those of
you who have helped me here.
