[HamWAN PSDR] East Tiger – PTZ Camera

My first thought is, if we know a tower climb is needed to replace the
cable, and there is a greater than 0% chance the camera is faulted, why not
just replace it. If the cam turns out fine, redeploy it elseware...  Just
my $0.02cdn
