[HamWAN PSDR] New Node - Guidance on buying hardware and feasibility of link from my QTH

That's a good idea Dale. Please let me know what you find out. Also, Doug,
thank you for that idea. Pending that tower camera idea, I'll go ahead and
get the gear and if it doesn't work for me I'll donate it to the team for
someone else to make use of.
