Correct, for the modem.. I got that off amazon and was assured by the
seller that it will work anywhere.. meaning it was not region locked and
that was indeed the case.

That link I posted was for the antenna/dish alone, there is no differences
there, ISPSUPPLIES has them in stock and they shipped next day, and it
arrived within a few days
