[HamWAN PSDR] Blyn (rough) LOS plot

Rattlesnake sector height is...I dunno, 140ft?  S1 is aimed roughly 340, 
S2 is aimed roughly 95.

Blyn S1 and S3 are 90ft.  S1 is @ 0, and S3 is roughly 260.  S2 is not 
mounted yet, and it will go lower than 90ft.  S1+S3 are not cabled yet.
