[HamWAN PSDR] Ups and Downs

Thanks for the info, Bart.

I don't see any indication of uptime using
/interface wireless monitor 0.

The interface status seems to be nominal.

Inspection of the logs indicate that the connection has be active for
many (9?) days. That includes many (dozens of) downs/ups.

My indication of down/up comes from outside monitoring by a service that
pings every few minutes. That's what is indicating down.

Also, my router (from the inside) indicates down/up based on latency and
packet loss. That does produces alerts, but less frequently.

I suspect that there may be a "problem" upstream of my dish? Is there
some way of determining that?
