[HamWAN PSDR] PSDR Digest, Vol 92, Issue 1

Just want to clarify, since Rob's post (while correct) is in conflict with
others, including my own.

I took the original question to be any RF access to HamWAN at Cougar,
meaning is there any node to connect to hosted a Cougar. (Which there is
not)  What Rob is describing is a multi-building LAN, which is connected to
HamWAN via a VPN over the DSL line at the site. This is great for those of
us with repeaters hosted there, but doesn't do much if we wanted to connect
to HamWAN from our QTH.
