[HamWAN PSDR] hamwan availability

Hi Folks,

A couple of years ago we at the Lake Washington Ham Club looked at using
Hamwan for our limited connectivity needs. At the time, there didn't
appear to be very good coverage at our site.

I looked at it again today, and the coverage looks much better (the black
square is our site...  47.663751°, -122.166478°).

Does the map account for trees? Are there any height requirements for the
antenna? We have a huge water tank about 20 feet east of the building. We
do have a tower, but getting the hamwan antenna up there would be a
challenge. Is there a way we could do a site survey?

We don't have a large bandwidth need. All we need is support for Echolink,
Telnet, and (for now) IRLP, as well as AllStar in the future.
