[HamWAN PSDR] HamWAN Roll Call

We are still active here in Michigan. But the fact that we are losing our 3ghz and 5.9 we will be moving to part15 for the RF.  Our 5.9 sectors and client radios are all software changes.  But when we lose 3ghz it's going to be costly to replace gear.
