[HamWAN PSDR] HamWAN Minecraft?

Chuck, I don't recall reading a list of things you CANNOT use HamWAN
for. Only that you cannot use encryption. If they set limits on the
internet in the early days we would not be where we are now. Cannot
restrict everything and expect any sort of good development to ever happen.

The limits re:encryption are as far as it should go, other than blatant
abuse such as downloading massive amounts or doing other things that affect
the performance of the network I do not see how there is any harm in trying
to see the usefulness of the network while having a little fun.
