[HamWAN PSDR] Freenode implosion

Marc,

Yes, the new management at Freenode has forced the issue of migration and clearly has something of a vendetta. I had hoped to let the migration happen a bit more naturally, but somewhat suspected they would start targeting channels in the process of migrating.

I have already made updates to the website and they’re in review to hopefully be published this evening.

TLDR, the Freenode IRC network is under new (and many consider to be hostile) management. We have moved the hamwan related channels to Libera.chat. Website tweak in accordance is already in work.
