[HamWAN PSDR] A bit of good news for a change

Thanks Dale - that is what I thought, but wanted to confirm.

The good news is that we have access to Baldi anytime we want. I am
guessing there is a fair amount of snow now, but I remember Tom and I being
able to drive up last year around this time to replace R1 when it failed.
