[HamWAN PSDR] Recommended Donation

If KCARC would like to be a voting member, the minimum donation is $240/yr
or the monthly equivalent.  This is detailed in the constitution
<http://hamwan.org/Administrative/Constitution.html>.

Otherwise, whatever you feel comfortable with donating will be appreciated.
