[HamWAN PSDR] Haystack outage?

Yup, I got backbone 2 links up about 24 hours after the strike during my 
damage assessment visit.  Got a 3rd one up today by replacing my 
exploded $1000 modem.  *tears*

The 11GHz link into Haystack remains down, as do the sectors, most of 
the cams (only 1 is live), and several of my SCADA modules are also 
destroyed so telemetry is limited.  More serious repairs will likely 
start around June when the snow is gone.  The  current mode of transport
