[HamWAN PSDR] Site details?

If all sectors are present, then they will be aligned on those bearings as
closely as possible.

In a few locations with 1 or 2 sectors only and local obstructions, sectors
have been adjusted a few degrees (probably no more than 20 or 30 degrees)
to optimize covered areas.  You would not find a sector 1 antenna pointed
south.
