[HamWAN PSDR] 2023 HamWAN season projects - INPUT NEEDED!

While #1 (Baldi) is at the top of my list to get done this year, I'd also
like to make some progress on ETiger if I can line up the approvals.
Specifically I'd like to put in a 60Ghz link between the two buildings
(removing the need for using a sector), add a HamWAN router to the second
building and finally fix the camera. I think the ETiger camera was one of
the most popular for people outside of HamWAN.

Thanks
Kenny
