[HamWAN PSDR] Client configuration instructions

If dhcp-client is already set on wlan1-gateway, then just make sure the
options are set properly by replacing the "add" with a "set":
/ip dhcp-client set 0 add-default-route=yes
dhcp-options=hostname,clientid disabled=no
You should be good to go if everything else worked out OK.
