[HamWAN PSDR] VOTE: Purchasing cell site equipment

Hello,

As per our new constitution, I'm making a public announcement of intent 
to spend funds.  This is to purchase cell site equipment. The purchase 
is for 3 sector antennas of the Laird 16dBi variety and will total about 
$528.06.  Shipping will be additional.

I'm voting yes on this.  Any directors who wish to vote have 24 hours 
before voting is concluded.  Any members who wish to comment to 
influence director votes may do so now.
