[HamWAN PSDR] Dayton 2015 opportunity

That's true, and with this mailing list being PSDR, I think we're missing a
number of other folks who are closer, like Netsound. Hate to go off topic,
but is there interest in making a hamwan international mailing list
separate from the PSDR?
