 I saw -69 dB at Yukon Harbor Road and Colchester Road this evening at 1730.  The link was to Capitol Park; azimuth was approximately 48 degrees.  Callsign is KD7WDJ (Kitsap County Alternate Communications System). 

More shots tomorrow from Kitsap County.
