[HamWAN PSDR] Panoramas from Providence in Everett

It was a pain in the butt to render these, but I finally did it!

The largest (PNG) file has been confirmed to be viewable in Windows 
Photo Viewer of all things.  It's the original camera resolution of the 
stitched together zoom photos (110 of them!  104,560 pixels wide!).  The 
JPEG version of it had to be scaled down to be "only" 63,990 pixels 
wide.  Apparently the JPEG standard stops at 64,000 pixels.  Learn 
something new every day.
