[HamWAN PSDR] VOTE: Ryan Turner running for Director on HamWAN

Don't want to stay off topic too long, but WINLINK operation with HamWAN is
something that the Memphis group will be investigating, as many of our
regional hospitals have WINLINK stations already on premises.
