[HamWAN PSDR] Any suggestions for a good shallow-depth server?

It's at 3000ft, so maybe 1/2 a year is an exaggeration, but it's a
design target.
Anyway, I got the KVM guy to come down to $50 instead, so I've decided
to just beef up the Rackable and deploy that. It's the cheapest of all
the options.
