[HamWAN PSDR] HamWAN PSDR Internet performance

Bart,

David's test location is near where you and I tested last year. I
recommended in another communication that David determine if connecting to
Baldi is an option, as we received a surprisingly functional connection to
it last summer. Could be an interim solution.
