Hello, Recently Nigel went and replaced the failing modem that links Tukwila with Baldi. I gave him one of my personal new modems for this. This saved HamWAN the cost of shipping delays and costs. I'd like to get paid $130 for it. I'm abstaining from voting due to the CoI. --Bart
