[HamWAN PSDR] VOTE: High quality PTZ camera

Alright, the board voted in favor and also did some internal fundraising 
to support this purchase.  We haven't done any fundraising in a while, 
but we have been spending our cash balance. And you're right in that if 
we take on extra projects this summer like Buck Mtn then we'll need to 
drive for some extra funds to cover those expenses.

In the meantime, we raised $1200 today to cover this purchase and have 
the left-over cash cover our debt.  We spent about $4.5k recently on 
Capitol Peak, finishing up Gold Mtn, and getting break-fix hardware for 
Gold+ETiger.  We've incurred $1k of debt from that.  We should now be 
only $500 in debt and 1 camera ahead.  This is good, BTW.  The point of 
this non-profit is to always be out of money while investing everything 
we have into growing.  Even carry a few k of debt when opportunities 
present themselves.
