[HamWAN PSDR] HamWAN dish and radio

At this point, in most any circumstance I’d recommend going with a dual pol client. It’s backwards compatible with single pol sites, but allows for extra speed when connecting to a newer dual pol site.

Tom has had good luck with the mANT30 and RB912 combo.
