[HamWAN PSDR] VOTE: Extra batteries for Baldi

The board met on a call this evening and approved the spend for additional batteries for Baldi with the funds donated for this purpose.
Board members present were Cory, Bart, and myself. The vote was 3-0 in the affirmative.
