[HamWAN PSDR] Source for Dynadish (international version)?

Streakwave does not have them in stock and gave an estimate of O(months) to
get them.
I am looking for 3 for our Voting System deployment.

I can't tell if this is the right unit (I think it is since they also list
the explicit US version elsewhere).  What is OSL3?
