Your process will need to go something like this:
1. Ensure replacement parts have been ordered and staged. I believe Nigel
has been working with Rob on this so far, so I would check with them for a
status.
2. Wait for snow to melt. There is a camera up there that can be used to
assess snow levels. Bart can either give you access to this camera or give
you snow level reports. (The cam stream is available here, but you can't
aim it from this page: http://stream.westin.hamwan.net/ )
3. Gather volunteers and schedule a work party.
