[HamWAN PSDR] A bit of ice @ Baldi right now

Crystal is the only thing connected to that sector, and its signal has been
steady in the -60s the whole time. Apparently the ice does not affect the
signal much.

If you are asking about the Haystack sectors, those are dead and I believe
Nigel has contacted you about getting some replacement hardware.
