[HamWAN PSDR] SnoDEM repair mission

Alas, I have not done much tower climbing in my time. I am not too old for
it yet, and I do not have equipment, but I would be willing to give it a go
with the proper equipment. I have learned to trust safety equipment and my
mechanical and electrical abilities at some elevations, just not on towers.

(BTW, My dish came yesterday and I started poking around in the RouterOS.)
