[HamWAN PSDR] Remote SDR receiver available

Oh, it was hacked, I think via one of the hacked modems. Modems are
patched now, and I re-flashed it. However in the meantime, it grabbed a
new DHCP lease @ 44.24.241.55. We should really give it a static
IP/lease + DNS entry so it stops moving around...
