[HamWAN PSDR] Bill of Materials for Cell Site

Hi Jamie,

I am in the process of moving to North Kitsap and would be interested in
this project.

If you could get access to the Suquamish tower and perhaps at the Casino up
at Little Boston, they would have good visibility and coverage for client
nodes.
