[HamWAN PSDR] EOCs on HamWAN

Our ARES group in Centralia is also hoping to get onto HamWan soon.
Regarding your question about EOCs, we are using HamShack Hotline phones
and do have one in our EOC, and in the ECC. Are these two phone systems
compatible? We are utilizing the HH system throughout our membership as
well as installing it in both our comm vans.
