[HamWAN PSDR] equipment selection

Hi Doug,
We have used the DynaDish 5 successfully to link a couple of sites to
Triangle mountain (item number 4 in Bart's list). As mentioned, you do
need to ensure you get the newer hardware version to support 5/10MHz
channels (exact model we have in use is RouterBOARD DynaDish G-5HacD r3)
