[HamWAN PSDR] Updating HamWAN / PSDR web page

Thanks to those of you who replied, both on the list and privately
explaining how the HamWAN / PSDR web page is set up for editing using
local Git repositories.

My expertise is writing and content generation. I'll admit that I'm
just not up to speed sufficiently about Git / repos, etc. for the
purpose of updating the HamWAN / PSDR web page.

At the moment, I'm sufficiently saturated with other projects that I'm
not able to devote the time to GET up to speed on Git / repos, etc.
and then be able to edit the HamWAN / PSDR web page.

Perhaps, later in the year when my projects and personal situation
calm down a bit, I'll be able to devote the required time to do so.
