Speaking for PSRG and Seattle ACS tech teams, we have had very good luck
with the Microtik Dynadish.

(be sure its the ROW (non-US) version; you will need to send proof of
license and sign a waiver)
The next step up from this is the full 2ft dish with shield kit (about
twice the price.
We have used these for repeater sites and any place with a clear shot at
one of the cells.
Very compromised locations may need the larger dish and shield kit.
