[HamWAN PSDR] VOTE: Board Director Elections - Rob, Doug, & Nigel

Thanks for organizing this Nigel.
I vote yay for Nigel and Rob, and abstain on my own vote.

I support Cory's continued role as treasurer.  Do we need to vote on that
or is it a standing appointment?  (I don't have a copy of the bylaws handy)
