[HamWAN PSDR] North end of Camano Island connection/signal information

FWIW, the "portable setup" photo on the homepage http://hamwan.org/ was
taken from Iverson Beach on Camano Island. I got a decent signal into the
SnoDEM site (in Everett)--you can basically see it on the horizon, no
obstructions.
