[HamWAN PSDR] Need Power High on Tower

Mikrotik has Powerbox Pro, and UBNT has similar tower-top outdoor PoE 
distribution models.  They'll both take DC wires, and they'll both take 
fiber.  If you don't like fiber, you can stick one of those outdoor 
units mid-way up the tower as a regenerator.
