This has been fixed, although I haven’t walked through all items on all sectors to see if the syntax on the current RouterOS version may have changed on other items. Give me a shout if you still have problems.

I found the issue. It is in the sector configuration, not yours. The DHCP server has no network configuration, so you receive no route to the network.
[tom at Lookout-S2] /ip dhcp-server> network print
Flags: D - dynamic
# ADDRESS GATEWAY DNS-SERVER WINS-SERVER DOMAIN
[tom at Lookout-S2] /ip dhcp-server>
I have to leave for work now and did not have time to add the missing config.

Based on my decade-and-six-tenths experience, I concur with Andrews questions.
Please share outputs:
/ip address print
/ip dhcp-client lease print
/ip route print
/ip firewall export

Do you have an IP address?
Can you ping the gateway IP?
Do you have a default route installed?
If these answers to all of those are "yes", then I've got a bunch of other questions about firewalls/acls and/or troubleshooting on the other end... but I'm guessing at least one of those is a "no".

For the most part things seem to be going good. I got 4 LEDs lit up before I proceeded with Client Set up.
I skipped the optional steps 16-17
All else seemed good until I cam to trace route and google ping.
Here is where I'm at. Hope I copied enough to get some answers but not too much.
Thanks!
