[HamWAN PSDR] Blyn (rough) LOS plot

If you can share the sector antenna heights and azimuths for Blyn and
Rattlesnake, I can generate coverage plots like we have on the website.
Looking through the archives, all I was able to find was the lat/lon and
that the sectors were "rotated counter-clockwise slightly".
