[HamWAN PSDR] Got a problem

Looks like our upstream ISP in Vancouver BC may have enabled source
address filtering, Let me have a look.
Right now traffic from Lookout hops over to Triangle and then tunnels
out to Vancouver and hops out to the Internet from there.
