[HamWAN PSDR] VOTE: Rattlesnake HamWAN Site

Ugh, no sooner do I send this than I realize that I've forgotten about 
the ice shield required for one of the 60GHz dishes.  After shipping and 
taxes I'm adding a cost of $370 for the shield.  It's the top one here:
